Profile Options

In the Profile Options tab of the ATR CustomTools Options you can set up the options of ATR CustomTools that apply to your currently active database profile.

Select the desired ATR CustomTools product from the table below to display further and product-specific instructions to find the Profile Options tab.

SOLIDWORKS Add-in	Click Tools, ATR CustomTools, Options. The ATR CustomTools Options dialog box appear with the Profile Options tab active.
ATR CustomTools Viewer	Click the Options button located in the Settings group of the ribbon. The ATR CustomTools Options dialog box appear with the Profile Options tab active.
ATR CustomTools Administration	Login to your ATR CustomTools database. Right-click the desired Profile and select Profile Options. The Options dialog box appear with the Profile Options tab active.

All the Profile Options listed below are available in all three ATR CustomTools products.

Projects

Set up projects that could have specific filenaming rules and default Property values. These settings apply to the documents assigned to projects.

Sequences

Add automatic sequences, e.g., for document numbering.

Properties

Manage custom properties available for the following scopes of the documents:

Model Properties	Properties for the model documents (parts, assemblies).
Drawing Properties	Properties for the drawing documents.
Cut List Properties	Properties for the cut-list items.
Revision Properties	Properties for the document revisions.
Custom Scope Properties	Properties that are used to write matrix data into the documents.
Custom Entity Properties	The custom entities are data collections, which are used to centralize the customer specific data into the one place where it is easy to find.
Custom Entity Settings	The Custom Entity Settings are options where you can define the data structure used to store the customer specific data into the database. Specifies the value collections which can be used e.g. as a source of the Property value.

Lookup Lists

Specifies the value collections which can be used, e.g., as a source of the Property value.

Combination Properties

Combine several Properties to a single value.

Model Combination	Combinations that may have the Part, Assembly and Model scope Properties included.
Drawing Combination	Combinations that may have the Drawing scope Properties included.
Weldment Combination	Combination that may have the Cut-List Item scope Properties included.

RAL Colors

Color settings which are based on the RAL Color System.

Colors

User defined colors.

Batch Job

Select a Property from the Drawing scope to write component quantity to, on the ATR CustomTools batch operation.

Print Properties	Options to setup the batch printing profiles and their related printer settings.
Sheet Format Action	Options to set up the actions to perform for the drawing sheet format on the ATR CustomTools batch job.
Layer Definitions	Options to set up the visible/hidden drawing language layers on the ATR CustomTools batch operation.

File Conversion

Options to set up the batch file conversion rules.

Batch Operation Templates

Set up the Batch Operation Templates for quickly setting up your most frequently used batch operations in the Print/Convert feature.

Database Search Groups

Options to create links to the external data sources as the Database Search Groups. The external data source links defined here can be used to retrieve key value pairs into the lookup lists. You can use these links also to create Properties linked to the external data source.

Materials

Options to set up your ATR CustomTools materials. Use these materials to set the component material in the Properties.

Export Profiles

Options to setup the export profiles that could be used with the Export feature.

Cutting Profile Options

Options to set up the Cutting Profile feature.

Bend Sheet Options

Option to set up the ATR CustomTools Bend Sheet feature.

Coord Note Options

Options to set up the Coord Note feature.

SOLIDWORKS PDM Settings

Set up the integration between your SOLIDWORKS PDM system and ATR CustomTools.
