Export Profiles
Export profiles are used to specify instructions for exporting document structures into external information systems like ERPs. ATR CustomTools provides the Export command for exporting your SOLIDWORKS document structures.
The Export Profiles options are located in the ATR CustomTools Profile Options.
Select the desired ATR CustomTools product from the table below to display further and product-specific instructions to find the Export Profiles options.

Login to your ATR CustomTools database, select the ATR CustomTools profile node from the Database View and then click the Profile Options command located in the Profile Settings group in the ribbon. The ATR CustomTools Options dialog box appear with the Profile Options tab active. Select the Export Profiles to see the options. |
| New | Create a new Export Profile. |
| Launch Wizard... | Create a new Export Profile with the help of Export Profile Wizard. |
| Edit | Opens the selected Export Profile for editing. |
| Copy | Creates a copy of the selected Export Profile, including Fields and attached Extension settings. |
| Delete | Removes selected Export Profile(s). |
| Enable Wizard in Command Manager | Enables quick creation of new Export Profiles from the Export flyout menu in the SOLIDWORKS Command Manager tab. This is only available for users with Write permission to the current ATR CustomTools Profile. |
The profile fields determine the values that are retrieved from the SOLIDWORKS documents during the ATR CustomTools Export operation. You can retrieve values from the SOLIDWORKS document properties, ATR CustomTools Properties, or a custom Value. The custom value is the same on all document rows in the structure.

ATR CustomTools profiles created by the Demo profile template contain the following Export Profiles. You may use these Export Profiles with the ATR CustomTools Export feature as they are, or edit them as you like.
