Sheet Format Actions
The sheet format actions are used to convert or reload the sheet format of the drawing on batch operations.
The Sheet format action can be used along with the Custom Entity Settings.
The Sheet Format Actions options are located in the ATR CustomTools Profile Options.
Select the desired ATR CustomTools product from the table below to display further and product-specific instructions to find the Sheet Format Actions options.

Login to your ATR CustomTools database, select the ATR CustomTools profile node from the Database View and then click the Profile Options command located in the Profile Settings group in the ribbon. The ATR CustomTools Options dialog box appear with the Profile Options tab active. Select the Sheet Format Actions to see the options. |
| New | Defines a new action for the selected sheet format action profile. |
| Edit | Edit the sheet format action. |
| Delete | Removes the sheet format action from the selected profile. |
Only the sheet formats stored in the SOLIDWORKS file locations can be associated with sheet format actions in ATR CustomTools. See SOLIDWORKS help for further help about the file locations.
Example case: The sheet format action conversion can be used to convert the sheet format of your drawings or update an existing sheet format. This feature allows you to quickly convert or update the sheet format used in your drawing.
