Custom Entity Settings
The Custom Entity Settings are options where you can define the data structure used to store customer-specific data in the database. The structure is made up of parent and child nodes which compile to a tree view.
The customized entity nodes can also have specific Sheet Format Actions.
The Custom Entity Settings options are located in the ATR CustomTools Profile Options.
Select the desired ATR CustomTools product from the table below to display further and product-specific instructions to find the Custom Entity Settings options.

Login to your ATR CustomTools database, select the ATR CustomTools profile node from the Database View and then click the Profile Options command located in the Profile Settings group in the ribbon. The ATR CustomTools Options dialog box appear with the Profile Options tab active. Select the Custom Entity Settings to see the options. |
The Custom Entities are used to define hierarchical structure for the customized entity data written into your ATR CustomTools database. You can associate your Custom entities with the desired Sheet Format Action Profiles to handle drawings' sheet formats properly based on the specified level of the entity data.

Custom Entity levels already defined are shown in the Custom entities list.
| Entity Name | Represents name of the Custom Entity specified. |
| Sheet Format Action Profile | Represents the Sheet Format Action Profile associated to the specific Custom Entity. |
Custom Entity Levels are used to be mapped to the database attributes that control writing of the entity values in the database side. Entity levels are based on the hierarchy levels defined in the Custom entities list above the Custom entity mappings. Each different level of the hierarchy in the Custom entities list is considered as one Entity level to link with one Target Attribute in your ATR CustomTools database.
| Entity Level | Represents the hierarchical level of the Custom entity. The entity levels are represented as numbers starting from one (1). The bigger the number in the Entity Level column, the deeper the specific entity is located in the entities hierarchy. |
