RAL Colors

Define colors based on the RAL color space system. RAL Colors can be assigned to models through the Properties, and the selected color is also applied to the selected SOLIDWORKS documents.

The RAL Colors options are located in the ATR CustomTools Profile Options.

Select the desired ATR CustomTools product from the table below to display further and product-specific instructions to find the RAL Colors options.

Click Tools, ATR CustomTools, Options.

The ATR CustomTools Options dialog box appear with the Profile Options tab active. Select the RAL Colors node to see the options.

ATR CustomTools Viewer

Click the Options command located in the ribbon.

ATR CustomTools Administration

Login to your ATR CustomTools database, select the ATR CustomTools profile node from the Database View and then click the Profile Options command located in the Profile Settings group in the ribbon.

Import Import RAL Colors from an external file. You can import RAL Colors from a Comma-Separated Values (*.csv) file.
Export Export your RAL Colors to an external file. You can export RAL Colors into a Comma-Separated Values (*.csv) file format.
New Create a new RAL color.
RGB The code of the Color can be selected from the RGB palette or defined manually by entering the RGB values.
Delete Removes the selected RAL Color.
Delete All Removes all RAL colors.

Under the defined colors, you can customize colors by entering values of the RGB (Red, Green, and Blue) palette, which creates a mix.

Code Defines the RAL code for the color.
Name Defines the name of the RAL color.
Red Defines the Red value for the RAL color.
Green Defines the Green value for the RAL color.
Blue Defines the Blue value for the RAL color.
NOTE: The red, green, and blue values must be in the range between 0 and 255.
