Multilingual CustomProperty

This tutorial guides how to define a dictionary based CustomProperty and how to use it. That kind of CustomProperty is usefull e.g. in case that you have a document that you need to be able to print in several languages.

During this turorial you will use the following CustomTools features:

• Attributes. To link the CustomProperty value to the SOLIDWORKS document properties.
• Dictionaries. The translations source.
• Properties to add fields to CustomProperties pane.
• CustomProperties pane. The pane that helps you to manage the CustomProperties of the document.

Try also:

• General User Options. To change the language of the CustomProperty which uses dicitonary as a data source of the value.
