The Selection Filter Wizard follows the architecture of the CUSTOMTOOLS Easy Wizard concept. Purpose of the Selection Filter Wizard is to ease up the documents' selection in batch operation executed with the Print/Convert feature.
The Selection Filter Wizard also allows you to save the filter so that you do not have to setup the selection by a filter over and over again, each time you use it. An option to save the filter defined, is located on the last page of the Selection Filter Wizard.
| Document selection filters apply also while the batch operation profile is being used by a batch operation set up by the Batch Operation Template. You can recognize the batch operation profile that has a selection filter attached to, by an icon associated to the batch operation profile's name in the Print Profile and Batch Conversion lists of the Batch Operation dialog box. |
