Create New User Group
You can create User Groups for different users and define user rights that apply to the groups. This way, you do not have to define the user rights for each user individually; you can simply assign Users to User Groups.

Create a User Group
- Run the ATR CustomTools Administration Tool.
- Login to the desired database.
- In the database tree, right-click User Groups and select Create New.
- The Create Group dialog box appears.
- Click OK to save the new user group.
- In the Database View, right-click a database and select Login.
- Enter the User Name and Password.
- Click Login.
