Odoo ERP Export

Profile name	Specifies the name of the export profile.
Profile type	Specifies the type of the export profile. Odoo ERP Integration attaches the Export profile to the built-in Odoo ERP Integration module. If the integration is customized, the name will have a star () appended, i.e., Odoo ERP Integration. If the module is customized, then this page might not be accurate in terms of what is supported and what is not. NOTE: If you see ODOOV2 written as type (instead of Odoo ERP Integration or Odoo ERP Integration*), then the Export profile is attached to Odoo ERP Integration module, but the module is not loaded. This usually means the integration module license has expired.
Quick Access	Select this option to add the export profile as a Quick Access menu item under the Export button in the ATR CustomTools Command Manager tab. When the menu item is selected, Export dialog is opened with this export profile selected.
Allow using in SOLIDWORKS PDM	Select this option to allow using this Odoo ERP Export profile from SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional. Note that this might not be supported if you have a customized version of the integration.
Output path	Not used for Odoo ERP Integration.
Configurations to export	Odoo ERP Integration supports exporting multiple configurations.
Language	Allows translating Dictionary Properties that are included in the Export profile to selected language.

BOM Type

Top level only	Process only the documents in the top level of an assembly. Will export only the main assembly and top level components as Products. Only the main assembly will have Odoo Bill of Materials. Note: You should not use automatic deletion of 'Ghost-items' when using this BOM Type.
Parts only	Process only the part documents of the assemblies. Will export only the main assembly and all parts of the design as Products. Only the main assembly will have Odoo Bill of Materials.
Indented assemblies	Processes the whole structure. RECOMMENDED for Odoo ERP Integration.
Accumulate quantities	Select this option to calculate quantities in respect of the parent component quantities (which has its quantity calculated in respect of its parent etc). NOT RECOMMENDED for Odoo ERP Integration.
Include drawings	Select this option to include drawings to the structure, so they can be converted using selected conversion rules during the Export.
Include weldment cut list items	Include weldment cut-list items of the components into the Export by selecting this option. Weldments are handled like they were individual items, except their Material Quantity is the weldment profile length. Ideally weldments should be pre-mapped to existing Odoo Product that represents the raw profile, so the weldment effectively becomes a cut of that profile in its parent's BOM. Parts that have Weldment items will get a Odoo Bill of Materials.
Detailed cut list	NOT SUPPORTED.
Include sheet metal cut list items	Include Sheet Metal cut-list items of the components into the Export by selecting this option. Sheet metal cut-list items are handled like they were individual items. Part that have cut-list items will get also a Odoo Bill of Materials.
Include solid body cut list items	Include Solid Body cut-list items of the components into the Export by selecting this option. Part that have cut-list items will get also a Odoo Bill of Materials.

Display configurations of parts as separate items

Separates the different configurations of the document to individual items.

RECOMMENDED option for Odoo ERP Integration.

Display configurations of parts as one item

NOT RECOMMENDED. To use this option you must understand the implications of grouped configurations and how that affects the BOM structure.

Additional Options

Always show components of subassemblies ignoring the “Child component display when used as a subassembly” setting	Select this option to ignore selection of the Child component display when used as a subassembly options in Properties of the SOLIDWORKS assembly configurations. While you have this option selected, all supported components of the subassemblies are always included in the ATR CustomTools structure export.
Always include 'Excluded from BOM' components, ignoring the 'Exclude from BOM' setting	Select this option to ignore SOLIDWORKS component setting Exclude from Bill of Materials, and so include them to ATR CustomTools structure Export by default. Having this setting on will disable changing the Exclude from BOM setting for the models via Export dialog.
Custom property scopes to be exported	Include CustomScope data to the Export view. At the Additional Export options you can define one of them to be treated as Virtual Items.
Open output file(s) once completed	NOT SUPPORTED for Odoo ERP Integration

Run Conversion Rules

Select the desired file conversion rules to be executed during the structure export process. Conversions are uploaded to different places in Odoo depending on the Additional Export options.

Additional Export options of the Odoo ERP Integration

In addition to its own Odoo ERP specific feature set, the Odoo ERP Integration implements a subset of Common Extended Features.

Extended Feature	Control Export Conversions with a Checkbox
Enable Variant Export	Enables Export Mapping to Variants. Should be enabled if Variants are enabled in Odoo.
Enable BOM Export	Enables export to Odoo Bills of Materials.
Update Preview to Template	Update the component preview to Product Template.
Update Preview to Variant	Update the component preview to Product Variant.
Link and create Variant Specific BOMs	Find BOM from Odoo based on the identified variant in Export, and only update BOM for that variant.
Show Odoo BOM items not present in current structure as 'Ghost-items'	Inject Odoo Bill of Material rows to Export, if the design doesn't have corresponding component / virtual item.
Delete 'Ghost-Items' by default	Give full BOM ownership for Export, and remove all Odoo BOM components not present in current design structure.
Upload documents to Product Templates	Attach the converted document to Product Template.
Upload documents to Product Variants	Attach the converted document to Product Variant.
Upload documents to BOMs	Attach converted documents of the parent item and its immediate children into the "chat section" of the parent BOM in Odoo.
When document with same name exists in Odoo - Ignore existing document	Add multiple new converted documents, even if one with the same name already exists.
When document with same name exists in Odoo - Update existing document	If a document exists with the same name, update it.
Set new Template/Variant attachments BOM visible	When selected and ATR CustomTools Export uploads new attachments to Product Templates or Product Variants, the attachments' MRP Visibility is set to Bill of Materials. This will make the Template/Variant's uploaded document directly available from the Odoo Bill of Materials.
Debugging - Enable 'Examine' in Context Menu	Enables 'Examine' to right-click menu in Export. Allows investigating which Odoo Objects link to which Export Items.

Customize Odoo ERP Integration Using Script Add-in

The built-in Odoo ERP Integration can be overridden with Script Customization that is deployed to the ATR CustomTools Database and thus applies to all client machines of the same ATR CustomTools Environment.
