The CUSTOMTOOLS Network License Manager is used for the administration and use of the network licenses of CUSTOMTOOLS. CUSTOMTOOLS License Manager service is a server side component of CUSTOMTOOLS and it is not needed in client or standalone workstations.

The CUSTOMTOOLS Network License Manager is installs and runs as a Windows Service but it also have a graphical user interface for activating the network license and monitoring usage of the CUSTOMTOOLS network licenses in your environment.
CUSTOMTOOLS Network License supports the major versions of CUSTOMTOOLS based on your CUSTOMTOOLS network license's maintenance subscription so that the newest supported major version is the one shown in association to your license in CUSTMOTOOLS Portal.
Example:
A customer have a maintenance subscription valid until the end of December 2019. In that case, the Network License supports all CUSTOMTOOLS major versions up to 2020. The major version support could be calculated by the following rules:
