Export a CustomTools Profile

You can export CustomTools profiles. Later those exported profiles can be imported into the CustomTools Databases.

Run CustomTools Administration tool and then login to the database where you want to export the profile from.

In the Database tree, right-click the profile which you want to export and select Export Profile.
The Export Profile dialog box appears.
Save in. Displays the name of current directory. You can browse the folders to export the profile into the different location.
File name. Specifies the name for the exported profile file.
Save as type. Spefies the type of the exported file.
Recent folders. Shows the folders that are recently used.
Save. Exports the profile.

NOTE: The Profiles that have been exported does not disappear from the Profile list in the Database View.
