Notification when user is about to edit given object at Options.

Parameters

bNewObject
Type: SystemBoolean
True if the object is new instead of an existing one
objectType
Type: ctEditGuardObjectType
Type of the object about to be edited
poObject
Type: ICTObject
Object that's about to be edited
lParentHWND
Type: SystemInt64
Parent handle for showing dialogs

Return Value

Type: Boolean
Return false to prevent edit.
