| Start Server | Starts the License Manager Service. |

NOTE: The License Manager service have to be running to allow the client workstations to get licenses. |
| Refresh | Refreshes the Network Licenses which are currently used. When some user starts CUSTOMTOOLS, the client workstation will request the license from the License server. The refresh function shows the licenses which are currently used. |
| Manage Licenses | Opens the CUSTOMTOOLS License Activation Wizard that is used to activate the CUSTOMTOOLS license. |

CUSTOMTOOLS License Manager works as a Windows service so you can also start or stop the service by using the Windows Computer Management feature.
