The List Feature

The List feature appear as a menu in the CUSTOMTOOLS Command bar associated to the following CUSTOMTOOLS features:

The List menu in the command bar provides the following commands:

Command Name Description
Export Export the document list into an external file for the later use. The following file types are supported to export the list to:

CSV files (*.csv). The exported values in the CSV files are separated by the Tabs in the output file.
Text files (*.txt). The exported values in the Text files are separated by the commas (,) in the output file.
Open as CSV Open the document list in default application assigned for the CSV files in your workstation.


When you open the document list using the Open as CSV, the document structure is formatted as follows:

In the following Picture 1, you can see an example structure list opened as CSV in Microsoft Excel using the List menu's Open as CSV command from the CUSTOMTOOLS Batch Operation dialog boxes command bar. The most left column in the Excel represents the document's level in the structure by the Level Identifiers described in the Table 1 above.
