Export a CUSTOMTOOLS Profile |
You can export CUSTOMTOOLS profiles. Later those exported profiles can be imported into the CUSTOMTOOLS Databases.
Run CUSTOMTOOLS Administration tool and then login to the database where you want to export the profile from.
First, login to your CUSTOMTOOLS database using the CUSTOMTOOLS Administration Tool. Then in the Database View, right-click any profile and select Export Profile. The Export Profile dialog box appear.
| Save in | Displays the name of current directory. You can browse the folders to export the profile into the different location. |
| File name | Specifies the name for the exported profile file. Name that the selected profile is shown in the CUSTOMTOOLS Database is the default filename the profile is exported as. You can change the filename to export the selected profile as. |
| Save as type | Spefies the type of the exported file. CUSTOMTOOLS Exports the database profiles always in the ctprof file format (*.ctprof). |
| Recent folders | Shows the folders that are recently used. |
| Save | Exports the profile. |

NOTE: Exported profiles does not disappear from the Database View. |
