CUSTOMTOOLS Printing Profile - Printer Information
You can define Print Profiles related to the printer and to the type of file to print, so that documents are automatically printed to the correct size and to the right printer.
Printer setup:
In the Printer box, select the printer where you want to print documents to.
In the Paper size box, select the paper size that you want to be used.
Select Custom paper size to activate the Width and Height box, then you can define a custom paper size.
TIP: The available paper sizes are related into your printer setup and there are only the paper sizes which your printer can handle.
Enter the width of the paper sheet into the Width box.
Enter the height of the paper sheet into the Height box. Millimeters (mm) are used as the unit of dimension for the custom paper size.
Under Paper orientation, you can select the paper orientation of the page to print.
Select the Portrait option to set the Print Profile to print portrait.
Select the Landscape option to set the Print Profile to print landscape.
Click Finish to close the CUSTOMTOOLS: Print Profile Wizard dialog box.
