Creating Drawing Templates

This lesson guides you through how to customize a drawing template using the CustomTools Data feature.

In this tutorial you will use the following features of CustomTools:

• CustomProperties to save the data items into the CustomTools database wihch can be added also to the drawing template.
• Data to insert your SOLIDWORKS document properties stored by the CustomTools Properties feature into the drawing template.
• Sequences to get an unique document codes for you documents.
