From this page, you can find a list of the operating systems where the CustomTools products could be used on. CustomTools has been tested on the operating systems that appears on the following lists.

NOTE: If your operating system does not appear on the following lists, CustomTools may not work properly on your workstation. In that case, please contact your environment administrator about the available operating systems. |
All workstation operating systems listed above, are supported as 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) editions with the up to SOLIDWORKS 2014 version.
SOLIDWORKS 2015 is available for the 64-bit (x64) workstations only and for that reason, the 32-bit (x86) edition of CustomTools should not be installed either into a workstation which have SOLIDWORKS 2015 installed.

NOTE: CustomTools Viewer 2015 uses the SOLIDWORKS eDrawigns 2015 version. For that reason, the CustomTools Viewer 2015 does not support any version of the Windows Vista operating system. |
