CustomTools Printing Profile - Main Information

You are able to define the options related to the printer by defining the CustomTools printing profile, so the specified documents are automatically printed in the correct size and to the right printer.

Main information of the print profile settings:

The printer settings can be defined according to the sheet format file or the size of the sheet.

• Enter the sheet format into the Used sheet format file box.

  The different sheet formats can be browse by clicking .

  The sheet format file replaces all the user defined sheet size settings.

• Select the Sheet Size of the current printing profile from the Sheet Size box.
• If User defined is selected for the sheet size, enter the following values to define the paper size.
• Enter the width of the paper to the Width box.
• Enter the height of the paper to the Height box.

  Millimeters (mm) are used as dimension unit for the custom paper size.
