User management is handled by administration tool which allows you to add, edit and remove CustomTools database users.
This help describes the creation of new user.
The Create User dialog box appears.
User name | Specifies the user name that will be used to login into the database. |
Password | Specifies a password that will be required when login to database. |
Confirm password | Confirms the password validation. Retype the password that you typed into the Password box. |
Select user language | Sets the default language for the new user. |
Active profile | Specifies the CustomTools profile set as active by default for the new user. |
First Name | Specifies the first name of the user. |
Last Name | Specifies the last name of the user. |
Initials | The user name initials. The initials are useful for shortening the users' names. |
Options | Opens the CustomOptions dialog box with the User Options tab. Click the Apply button to enable this command while creating a new CustomTools database user. |
Apply | Saves the new user information. |
NOTE: The Apply button turns to OK button on creation of the new database user once you have clicked it. |
