The sheet format actions are used to convert or reload the sheet format of the drawing on batch operations.
The Sheet format action can be used along with the Custom Entity Settings.
The Sheet Format Action options are located in the CustomTools Profile Options.
Select the desired CustomTools product from the CustomTools Products box to display the further and the product specific instructions to find the Sheet Format Action options.

| Edit | Edit the name of the sheet format. |
| Delete | Removes the selected sheet format action. |
| New | Defines a new action for the selected sheet format action profile. |
| Edit | Edit the sheet format action. |
| Delete | Removes the sheet format action from the selected profile. |
Only the sheet formats stored in the SOLIDWORKS file locations can be associated with a sheet format actions in CustomTools. See SOLIDWORKS help for further help about the file locations.
