Resolving Errors

If any errors occur while performing a ATR CustomTools operation, the specific document line(s) gets highlighted by the red background. You can then find out the reason for an error by right-clicking the line with the red background and selecting What's Wrong to open the What Is Wrong dialog box that shows the issues preventing the ATR CustomTools operation from succeeding.

The What Is Wrong dialog box shows the following information about the errors that occurred:

Type The Type column displays the type of issue that was found.
File A file that the error occurred with.
Description

Description of the error that occurred.

For Example: If you are copying a file using the Copy feature and a file with the same name already exists in the selected destination folder, the Description column will have information like File 'Z:\MyDesignWork\000001 PLATE.sldprt' already exists.

Ignore Click the Ignore button to ignore errors listed in the What Is Wrong dialog box and try to continue the interrupted operation.
