ATR CustomTools Viewer Glossary And Tips
ATR CustomTools Administration and ATR CustomTools Viewer use the ribbon user interface. In ATR CustomTools Viewer, some commands are available only when a document is open.
The commands in ATR CustomTools Viewer are selection sensitive. This means commands are always applied to the selected component. You can select the desired component directly from the model or from the Design Tree.

If you select a part from the 3D model that refers to an assembly which is collapsed in the Design Tree, the referring assembly is automatically expanded in the Design Tree and the part selected in the 3D model is highlighted.
You can also handle virtual components with the ATR CustomTools Viewer.
Assemblies saved with some components suppressed are shown in ATR CustomTools Viewer without those components. To show suppressed components in ATR CustomTools Viewer, unsuppress them in SOLIDWORKS, save the model, and then open it again in ATR CustomTools Viewer.
ATR CustomTools Viewer has a most recently used files list in its File menu. This list shows the files you have most recently opened.
