Default Value
The Default Value page of the Property Wizard can be used to define default Property values for user groups or specific users of ATR CustomTools.
Default Property values appear automatically in the Properties pane and are also saved into the SOLIDWORKS document's Custom properties when you create a new SOLIDWORKS document.

NOTE:
Default values you set up for a Property here do not apply to your existing documents.
| User groups/users | Lists the existing users and user groups defined in the ATR CustomTools database. |
| Default value for selection | Defines the default value for the custom property. |
| Property Type | Rules for the Available Values |
| Combobox/Editable Combobox | Value options in the Default value for selection box are based on the lookup list used with the property. |
| Date | The Default Value is not available for date Property. |
| Checkbox | Select the checkbox Property by default. |
| Check List |
The Default Value is not available for Check List selections that target
foreign attributes.
In case of a hierarchical checklist, all unique selections are available regardless of the parent selection. Unchecked values are not supported as default value. |
