Setting up Odoo connection credentials require that the user has valid CUSTOMTOOLS Odoo ERP Integration (V2) license activated.

| Username |
Username used in Odoo. Typically this username equals an email address used for the Odoo user account.

| Password |
The Odoo account password.
...OR... API Key generated for the user. ...OR... If OAuth login is enabled (Advanced Connection settings in Odoo Profile Options), the the password must be in format <user_id>:<api_key> (e.g. 11:a1b2c3d4e5f6g7h8i9) |
| Test Connection |
A button for testing the connection between Odoo ERP and CUSTOMTOOLS.
Note that in CUSTOMTOOLS Administration the connection is tested using last loaded Endpoint, Database and connection settings.
If test fails but the error message contains Odoo Endpoint version, then the Endpoint and Database are likely correct, but there is something wrong with user credentials, Odoo access rights or connection settings. |
