Preparing Workstation

The following steps are for the users which uses CUSTOMTOOLS in an environment that contains multiple workstations.

Preparign workstation:

• Export your necessary CUSTOMTOOLS database profiles. See further instructions from the Administration tool related Exporting CUSTOMTOOLS Profile tutorial.
• Find out your user rights level in your CUSTOMTOOLS environment. If you are not an administrator user, please contact your CUSTOMTOOLS database/system administrator for CUSTOMTOOLS update.

NOTE: Since the database usually needs to be updated after updating to the latest CUSTOMTOOLS Service Pack you need the database administrator rights in order to update the database schema.
