CUSTOMTOOLS installation always creates a Windows Installer Log file. The log file could be used to locate errors occurred during the CUSTOMTOOLS installation process. The Windows Installer Log file is saved in Text File format (*.txt) into your local Temp folder which is typically located in the following path:
C:\Users\<Windows_User_Name>\AppData\Local\Temp

Select the Show the Windows Installer log option in the last page of the CUSTOMTOOLS installer while exiting the installer to open the CUSTOMTOOLS installation log right after the installation. You can open the log file also when the installation have been successful.
