- Export your existing database profiles for backup purposes. This is not required but it is recommended just for case that you encounter some unexpected critical issues.
- User rights. Make sure that you have the Database Administrator level user right to your CUSTOMTOOLS environment. The database administrator rights are needed while upgrading your database after updating CUSTOMTOOLS itself.
- SQL Server version. Make sure that the SQL Server version you environment has, is still supported in the CUSTOMTOOLS version you are upgrading to.
