If you choosed to install the CUSTOMTOOLS Database, you need to specify a password for the System Administrator (sa) user of the SQL Server in the System Admin Password page of the CUSTOMTOOLS installer.

While defining the SQL Server System Administrator password, please notice that a password you define have to follow the SQL Server password policies. You may read more about the SQL Server password policies from the Password Policy article available for free in the Microsoft Docs.
