The CUSTOMTOOLS databases are maintained using the CUSTOMTOOLS Administration. The Administration is a CUSTOMTOOLS Client component which is included also in the CUSTOMTOOLS Demo installation. CUSTOMTOOLS databases are running on the Microsoft SQL Server database engine and all CUSTOMTOOLS databases are protected by a password.

Advanced maintenance tasks to your CUSTOMTOOLS Databases could be done using the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
NOTE: Advanced skills are usually required for the database maintenance tasks with the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Therefore, if you are not familar with the advanced SQL Server administration tasks, it is not recommended to use the Management Studio for the CUSTOMTOOLS database administration. Fixing of any issues even in CUSTOMTOOLS database, that are caused by the user mistake, are not included in any level of the CUSTOMTOOLS Maintenance Subscription. |
