In the CUSTOMTOOLS Translation Options you can maintain your dictionaries and languages included in them. These options are on the CUSTOMTOOLS database level so please consider that all changes you make in these options, applies to every CUSTOMTOOLS workstation connected to your active CUSTOMTOOLS database.
The Translation Options are located in the CUSTOMTOOLS Database Options.
Select the desired CUSTOMTOOLS product from the CUSTOMTOOLS Products box to display the further and the product specific instructions to find the Translation Options.

| Add | Add new language that you can use to translate the documents. |
| Edit | Edit selected language. |
| Delete | Remove selected dictionary language(s) from the active CUSTOMTOOLS Database. |
| Add | Create new dictionary. |
| Edit | Rename the selected dictionary. |
| Delete | Remove selected dictionary(ies) from the active CUSTOMTOOLS Database. |
| Contents | Opens the contents of the selected dictionary. You can modify the dictionary contents by using this feature. |
By default, the CUSTOMTOOLS database have a dictionary called desc included. The desc dictionary contains some common translations for the model descriptions translated in default languages.
