Custom Setup |
When you choose to install CUSTOMTOOLS using the Custom setup type, you can select the desired CUSTOMTOOLS components to be installed by your self. In Custom Setup, you have the following CUSTOMTOOLS components to choose from:
Client components are recommended only for the client workstations.
NOTE: Installed SOLIDWORKS eDrawings version is detected automatically on installation of CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer. If the installed SOLIDWORKS eDrawings major version and the installed SOLIDWORKS major version are at least equal, CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer installation does not install SOLIDWORKS eDrawings at all. In this case the existing instance of SOLIDWORKS eDrawings will be used with CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer. |
The SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) is an integrated environment for accessing, configuring, managing, administering, and developing all components of SQL Server. SSMS combines a broad group of graphical tools with a number of rich script editors to provide developers and administrators of all skill levels access to the SQL Server.
Server components are recommended for the server computers.
* The CUSTOMTOOLS Database component means that the Microsoft SQL Server Express edition is about to be installed to the target computer. If you would like to setup the SQL Server separately, please refer to the installation documentation available in the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN):
If the CUSTOMTOOLS Database feature is about to be installed, the SQL Server System Administrator account's password is about to be defined on the next step of the CUSTOMTOOLS installation.
All client components are selected by default. Change the component selections based on the needs of your workstation.
In Custom Setup, you can change the folder to install CUSTOMTOOLS to. The default installation path is the same one as it is also in the Trial installation so the default installation path is C:\Program Files\ATR Soft\CustomTools 201x.
Click the Change button to change the installation path.
