This help topic describes the most common ways to look for help in you encounter some issues during usage of the CUSTOMTOOLS products.
CUSTOMTOOLS writes an own application level log. You can find the CUSTOMTOOLS log from the Windows Event Viewer tool.
The log contains information about the possible issues while using CUSTOMTOOLS. The following steps describes how to access the CUSTOMTOOLS event log. The following steps apply to the Windows 7 and newer operating systems.

Click Start, Run. The Run dialog box appears.

Type eventvwr and click OK. The Windows Event Viewer dialog box appears.

Expand the Applications and Services Logs node in the Event Viewer tree to see the CUSTOMTOOLS event log.

CUSTOMTOOLS has an online customer center. In the CUSTOMTOOLS troubleshooting purposes, the customers could use the Customer Center to look for the SPRs that the user/company is associated to. Click the following Customer Center button to open the Login page of the CUSTOMTOOLS Customer Center.
