You can find and replace parts in the filenames of the selected documents by using the Replace dialog box.
| Find what | Determines the string to be looked for from the column specified in the Column to find from box. |
| Replace with | Determines the string that is used to replace the strings defined in the Find what box. |
| Column to find from | Determines the column where to search the string defined in the Find what box from. The column to be searched from, cannot be changed by the user. |
