Double click the desired file in the list of the documents to be processed to open the Modify Filename dialog box.
Use the Modify Filename dialog box to change the destination path and the output filename of the copied document.
Original path | Shows the current path where the selected document is located in. |
New path | Determines the new path where the output file is saved to. |
TIP: Click to use the folder browser to locate the desired destination folder. | |
Original filename | Shows the current filename of the selected document. |
New filename | Determines the new filename which the output document is saved as. |
Windows and CUSTOMTOOLS have some rules in relation to the names the files are allowed to have in order to be saveable. The following rules applies to the characters used in the file names while saving with CUSTOMTOOLS.
