Map a Revision Table

You can map the CUSTOMTOOLS Revision Table to the SOLIDWORKS Sheet Formats. Mapping the sheet format with the desired revision table template helps you to insert the CUSTOMTOOLS revision table to the drawings as you do not need to specify the revision table location in the drawing separately. With mapping, the revision table is always inserted to a location in the drawing which is specified in the sheet format.

Mapping a revision table:

Drawing sheet format Specifies the SOLIDWORKS drawing Sheet Format file to map the revision table with.

NOTE: The SOLIDWORKS Sheet Format file (.slddrt) must be included in the Sheet Formats in the SOLIDWORKS File Locations options.
Revision table template Specifies the SOLIDWORKS table template file to be used with the sheet format file defined in the Drawing sheet format box.

NOTE: The SOLIDWORKS Table Template file (.sldtbt) have to be located in a folder included in the Revision Table Templates in the SOLIDWORKS File Locations options.

See SOLIDWORKS help to get further information about its File Locations options.
