CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer is an interactive tool running without SOLIDWORKS installation. CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer is designed for the users who does not have SOLIDWORKS installed, but an access to the SOLIDWORKS documents is necessary.
CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer can be used to search and view SOLIDWORKS documents and their Properties or you can batch print SOLIDWORKS documents.
CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer is included in the CUSTOMTOOLS Trial installation for the evaluation purposes. Otherwise the CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer is a separate product which you need to purchase a license for. Once purchased a license for the CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer, you can also install the CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer using the Custom installation of CUSTOMTOOLS. In the Custom installation, you can find the CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer from under the CUSTOMTOOLS Client features.

CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer has an user interface called Ribbon which is based on the tabs and groups instead of the menu bar.

Zoom In/Out | Zoom in or out.
First, click Zoom In/Out and then drag up to zoom in or drag down to zoom out. You can also zoom in by pressing the Z key or zoom out by pressing Shift+Z. The mouse wheel can also be used to zoom in/out. Spin the wheel forward to zoom out and spin backwards to zoom in. |

The commands in CUSTOMTOOLS Viewer are selection sensitive. It means that the commands are applied always against the selected component. You can select the desired component directly from the model or you can select the desired component from the Design Tree.
